Job summary

Tey & Wong Provision Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Junior/Senior Account Executive to join our Iskandar Puteri accounting team. This full-time role focuses on delivering accurate accounting entries, financial statements, and timely reporting for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in accounting/finance, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and the ability to work well within a team while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Qualification in accounting or finance; diploma or degree preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accounting entries, invoices and financial documents with precision.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and other financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, trial balances and management reports.
• Maintain organized accounting records in compliance with regulations.
• Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation to auditors.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee-related accounting matters.
• Liaise with clients to clarify financial information and resolve queries.
• Support senior team members with ad-hoc accounting projects.
