Majik Oasis Engineering Sdn Bhd, based in Bintulu, Sarawak, is seeking a responsible Account Executive. You will handle daily accounting transactions, prepare invoices, payments, and financial records, and assist with monthly close and reporting. This role requires accuracy, independence, and strong communication.

You'll work with auditors and suppliers, maintain documentation, and use Excel and accounting software (SQL). Diploma or degree in accounting or finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Relevant accounting experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL).
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including AP, AR and GL.
• Prepare invoices, payments and financial records.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers and customers.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
