Ingenious Job in Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Malaysia is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts, prepare reports, and ensure SST and tax compliance. The role also covers payroll, budgeting, and cash flow management, with administrative support to directors.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounting within the construction/engineering/BMS/ELV sector, strong liaison with auditors, and a comprehensive understanding of financial processes in a dynamic project

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-set accounting.
• Experience in construction/engineering/BMS/ELV industry preferred.
• Strong liaison with auditors and tax agents.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR) and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements and reports.
• Submit SST returns and ensure tax compliance.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Process payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation schedules.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary on compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams on documentation, billing and client communications.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support to directors and management.
