Job summary

Dolphin - Creative Advertising Agency in Malaysia is seeking a highly organized fresh graduate to join our client servicing team. The role centers on timelines, readiness, coordination, and execution hygiene for fast-moving client work powered by AI.

You will create and track project timelines, ensure asset readiness, coordinate ads for media submission, proofread in English and Bahasa, organize client feedback, and prepare meeting notes while using Notion, ClickUp, and Sheets to keep everything

• Create, manage, and track project timelines across multiple deliverables.

• Coordinate approved ads for media submission, ensuring all materials are final, accurate, and delivered on time for launch.
• Track approval status and media deadlines so nothing misses cut-off.
• Proofread content in English & Bahasa before client and media submission.
• Organise client feedback into clear, actionable tasks.
• Prepare meeting minutes, recaps, and follow-ups.
• Track task status using tools like Notion, ClickUp, Sheets.
• Attend shoots — support production days, track deliverables, ensure shotlists and assets are covered.
• Use AI tools to summarise meetings, organise feedback, build trackers, and improve accuracy.
