EXZEON SDN BHD is hiring for a full-time finance role in Shah Alam. The position requires handling full sets of accounts, monthly reconciliations, and month-end closings, while coordinating daily financial activities and ensuring SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include cash flow forecasting, bank balance monitoring, invoicing, SST submissions, and liaising with auditors and tax agents. Proficiency in Excel and AutoCount is preferred; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher Graduation in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Mandarin preferred for client communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; AutoCount experience advantageous.

• Responsible for preparing full set of accounts including monthly reconciliation and month-end closing procedures.
• To coordinate day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance of finance related SOPs.
• To perform treasury function, cash flow management includes preparation of monthly cash flow forecast and monitoring daily bank balances & funds.
• Ensure completeness of the recording and filing of all accounting entries.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, secretarial, bankers and others on company matters.
• Manage trade and non-trade billing activities, including preparation and issuance of invoices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Preparation and submission of SST returns (SST-02), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with LHDN regulations, and SST requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records using the AutoCount accounting system, ensuring proper tax coding, SST classification, reconciliation of e-invoice data, and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
• Any ad-hoc task assignment related with financial by management.

Salary Range: RM3,500 to RM5,500 per month

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advance/Degree/Higher Graduation in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin(preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Computer literate - familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word. Familiar with AUTOCOUNT software will be advantage.
• High motivated, self-disciplines and responsible.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
