Job summary

Car Medic in Selangor is seeking an organized Accounts & Finance Executive to support daily financial operations, including AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. You will coordinate with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliant, timely closing.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and Mandarin proficiency to liaise with local authorities and suppliers. Yearly bonus and annual increment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Knowledge of local statutory tax and compliance regulations.
• Able to speak Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with financial closing and reporting activities.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems
• Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and procedures.
• Use Accounting systems to maintain financial data.
