JAYA GEMILANG M&E SDN BHD is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Malaysia to manage the full set of accounts and payroll duties. The role involves handling trade debtors and creditors, bank reconciliations, and producing monthly and yearly financial reports for management.

Responsibilities include preparing invoicing, processing payroll with statutory contributions and deductions, monitoring credit control, and coordinating with external auditors for year-end reports and tax

Responsabilidades

• Handle full set of accounts, including trade debtors, trade creditors, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices, official receipts, payment vouchers and cheque.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll, including statutory contributions and deductions.
• Prepare monthly Profit and Loss Statements, monthly and yearly financial reports and cash flow projections for management.
• Prepare progress payment claim statements and monitor outstanding claims and collections.
• Monitor credit control matters, outstanding debts and customer payments.
• Liaise with external auditors on year-end financial reports, audited financial statements, and tax computations.
• Handle SST submissions and e-Invoice issuance, submission, and compliance in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Be familiar with SQL Financial Accounting System for accounting transactions, financial reporting, and record maintenance.
• Perform other accounting, finance duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Your duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
