Job summary

Solo Labeller Sdn Bhd, a provider of industrial labelling and coding solutions in Malaysia, invites an Account Executive to join the finance team and help strengthen financial reporting and controls.

You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports (balance sheets, P&L, management reports), manage daily accounting operations, handle tax matters, and liaise with auditors, bankers, and regulators to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience; audit exposure is an added advantage.
• Proficient with accounting principles, bookkeeping, tax matters, and financial regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCount Accounting Software; able to handle large volumes of financial data.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and management reports.
• Manage daily accounting operations, payments, cash flow projections, and banking or trade finance matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, SST, e-invoicing requirements, and internal control procedures.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities on finance-related matters.
