Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our finance team. You will manage the full set of accounts, prepare financial statements, and coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary to ensure compliance.

The role requires a degree in accountancy (ACCA preferred) with 2–3 years of experience, strong Excel and Financio skills, and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Accountancy or ACCA related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of full set accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, invoicing and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Financio accounting software.
• Understanding external audit requirements, LHDN compliance and e-invoice system guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with analytical, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team.

• Responsible to prepare fullset account in timely manner
• Prepare Financial Statement
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary and others third party.
• Prepare estimation of yearly tax.
• Oversee & approve daily payment
• Ensure stok or PO opened in timely manner.
• Calculate stock for closing account.
• Ensure all payment is made before dateline

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA or related field.
• Preferably 2 –3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of full set accounts, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, invoicing, and financial reporting.
