SW Food & Bar Concepts Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Executive to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely accounting operations. You’ll collaborate with the Finance Manager and other departments in a fast-paced F&B environment.

You will handle day-to-day tasks, process invoices, assist with reconciliations and month-end closing, and prepare management reports. Strong Excel and basic accounting knowledge are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Autocount is an advantage.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Assist with audit and tax documentation, and perform other finance duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely accounting operations. You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and other departments in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibility

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Process supplier invoices, staff claims, payments, and other financial transactions.

Prepare bank, supplier, and other account reconciliations.

Assist with month-end closing and prepare schedules and supporting documents.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure documents are properly filed.

Monitor outlet and company expenses and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation.

Assist with cash, sales, and payment reconciliations for outlets, where required.

Support the preparation of financial reports and management summaries.

Liaise with suppliers, outlets, auditors, and other departments on accounting matters.

Assist with audit and tax documentation, and perform other finance duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software - Autocount is an advantage.

Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.

Able to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Clear communication and interpersonal skills.

F&B or multi-outlet experience is an advantage.
