Job summary

San Francisco Coffee is seeking an Account Executive responsible for overseeing account-related financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across functions.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, administration, and MIS/HSE, manage bank and vendor reconciliations, prepare monthly management reports, and support treasury, audit liaising, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• F&B industry experience is a plus.
• Navision and SAP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, administration, and MIS/HSE information/data.
• Check bank and vendor reconciliations.
• Manage and control annual or periodic financial or management reporting.
• Analyse, forecast, and review financial performance.
• Budget preparation, control, and post-implementation evaluation.
• Treasury and cash flow management.
• Handle issuance of payment vouchers, journal vouchers, creditor reconciliation, staff claims, and petty cash claims.
• Upload payments to Internet banking and update payments to accounting systems.
• Prepare monthly management report and reporting package.

The Account Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing account-related financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and performance reporting. This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all financial documentation, works closely with internal teams across operations, sales, and administration, and coordinates with external partners such as auditors, bankers, and suppliers. By combining strong financial oversight with effective cross‑functional collaboration, the position supports sustainable business growth while ensuring full compliance with company standards and objectives.

• Handling the full set of accounts.
• Collaborate with other functional departments on operations, sales, administrative, and MIS and HSE information/data.
• Check Bank and Vendor reconciliation.
• Manage and control annual or periodic financial or management reporting.
• Analyse, forecast, and review financial performance.
• Budget preparation, control, and post‑implementation evaluation.
• Treasury and cash flow management.
• To handle the issuance of payment vouchers, journal vouchers, creditor reconciliation, staff claims, and petty cash claims.
• Upload Payments to Internet banking, and update payments to accounting systems.
• Implementation of Departmental KPIs to be in line with achieving the Company’s overall objectives.
• Liaison with auditors, tax agents, bankers, consultants, and other relevant external parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned when required.
• Prepare monthly management report and reporting package
• *Preferably with experience in the Food & Beverage industry, and familiarity with Navision and SAP is a plus.
