Job summary

Exeo Global Pte Ltd is seeking a competent accounting professional in Malaysia to handle basic bookkeeping, including AR/AP and general ledger. You will prepare schedules, reconciliations and assist in monthly reports for management review.

The role requires MS Excel proficiency and knowledge of SAP is preferred, with exposure to coordinating with auditors, tax agents and bankers as part of the finance team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance is the minimum education requirement.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data handling skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger.
• Prepare schedules and reconciliations for monthly closings.
• Process payments and ensure compliance with company policy on requisitions and supplier invoices.
• Assist in monthly management reports and liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary and bankers.
• Handle additional duties as needed.

Key Accountabilities

• Process payments and ensure the compliance to Company policy for matters such as purchase requisition, verification of supplier invoice, etc.
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports for management review
• Assist in handling auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, and banker
• Any other duties assigned as and when it required
