Job summary

Conzlab in Malaysia is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full financial framework across departments. You will lead month-end closes and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing tax and banking arrangements, while mastering ERP reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Higher in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification.
• Deep understanding of accounting frameworks, corporate tax compliance, and local statutory regulations.
• Perfect written and spoken English.
• Highly analytical, precise, and autonomous in managing corporate financial ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire corporate accounting cycle and close monthly financial books.
• Achieve monthly and annual financial reporting objectives accurately and on time.
• Qualify and audit internal departmental budgets and cash flow needs.
• Negotiate and manage corporate banking facilities, tax optimization, and external audit contracts.
• Master the configuration and reporting frameworks of our financial ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual financial reporting objectives accurately and on time.
• Qualify and audit internal departmental budgets and cash flow needs.

Must Have

• Bachelor Degree or Higher in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification
• Deep understanding of accounting frameworks, corporate tax compliance, and local statutory regulations.
• Perfect written and spoken English
• Highly analytical, precise, and autonomous in managing corporate financial ledgers.

Nice to have

• Experience in external auditing or handling corporate tax restructuring.
• Additional proficiency in localized accounting systems (such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or SAP).
• Active membership with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills in cost management, budgeting, and corporate financial forecasting.
