• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience in bookkeeping or small practice accounting environments.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate financial record-keeping.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations (preferred).
• Professional accounting qualifications or certifications (CAP, ACCA, or similar) preferred.

About the role
We are seeking a talented Account Executive to join PMG Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. in our Kulai Johor office on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal position within our accounting department, where you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and delivering exceptional service to our diverse clientele. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships whilst providing comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting support to small to medium-sized practices. Your contributions will directly impact the financial health of our clients and the growth trajectory of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

Managing and maintaining accurate financial records for assigned client accounts

Performing daily bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing, expense categorisation, and bank reconciliations

Preparing financial statements and reports for clients in a timely manner

Responding to client enquiries and providing accounting advice on financial matters

Coordinating with clients to gather necessary documentation and financial information

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for
