Job summary

HOSA GALLERY SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dedicated Full-Set Accounts specialist to manage daily AP, AR and GL. You will learn and operate the company’s proprietary in-house accounting system to keep precise financial records.

You will assist in preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations and departmental reports in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with teams to ensure efficiency. Fresh graduates are welcome; training is provided; English and Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent; professional qualification welcome.
• Experience in full-set accounting preferred, ideally in Tourism or Hospitality.
• Fresh graduates welcome; comprehensive training provided.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for team/client communication.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles; MS Office proficiency (especially Excel).
• Detail-oriented with analytical mindset and good time management.

Responsibilities

Job description

Full-Set Accounts: Handle daily full-set accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

Financial Data Management: Learn and utilize our proprietary in-house accounting system to maintain accurate financial records.

Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, and departmental reports in a fast-paced environment.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-departmental team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma in Accounting, professional qualification (LCCI / ACCA / CIMA / CA / CPA), or a related field.

Experience: Experience in full-set accounting is highly preferred, ideally within the Tourism or Hospitality industry.

Fresh Graduates: Highly welcomed and encouraged to apply (comprehensive training will be provided).

Languages: Proficiency in English & Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and excellent time management to meet tight deadlines.

Availability: Candidates who can start work on short notice or immediately will have an added advantage.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday only (Enjoy your weekends!).
