Job summary

DSTT TECH SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated accounting professional to join our finance team.

The role covers daily accounting functions including AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliation. You will prepare monthly financial statements, support month-end closing, maintain proper records and process accounting transactions. Fresh graduates are welcome; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with relevant experience have an advantage.
• Good understanding of double-entry accounting Principles.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting functions including AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet and P&L).
• Support month-end closing and ensure timely reports.
• Maintain proper accounting records, documents and filing systems.

Job description

Handle daily accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) and Bank Reconciliation
负责⽇常会计⼯作，包括应收账款（AR）、应付账款（AP）、总账（GL）及银⾏对账

Prepare monthly financial reports, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
编制⽉度财务报表，包括资产负债表（Balance Sheet）及损益表（P&L）

Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of financial reports
协助完成⽉结⼯作，确保财务报告按时完成

Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents and filing systems
妥善维护会计记录、相关⽂件及财务档案

Process accounting transactions, payments and journal entries accurately
准确处理会计交易、付款及会计分录

Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate financial information and resolve accounting discrepancies
与各部⻔保持良好沟通，确保财务资料准确，并协助解决账务差异

Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Management from time to time
完成管理层安排的其他会计及⾏政相关⼯作

Requirements / 任职要求

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  拥有会计、财务或相关专业的⼤专、⾼级⽂凭或学⼠学位
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant accounting experience will have an added advantage
  欢迎应届毕业⽣申请；具相关会计⼯作经验者优先考虑
• Good understanding of Double Entry Accounting principles
  熟悉复式记账原理
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
