Job summary

SINAR PERKASA WERKS SDN BHD is seeking an accounts professional in Malaysia to manage full set accounts using SQL, handle AP/AR, invoicing, and payments.

The role requires a diploma or degree in accounting with 2-4 years' experience; construction/contractor background is an advantage. You will liaise with auditors and tax agents, manage petty cash and staff claims, and prepare monthly project P&L.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting.
• 2–4 years of accounts experience.
• Construction/contractor experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting and basic E-Invoice.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (SQL).
• AP, AR, bank records management.
• Enter supplier invoices.
• DO and subcontractor claims; prepare payments; check 5%/10% retention.

-Scope: -Handle full set account (SQL) -AP, AR, Bank Record -Key-in supplier invoices -DO, subcon claim, Prepare payment, check retention 5% / 10% -Issue client invoice & E-Invoice -LHDN Handle, Petty cash, staff Claims Prepare monthly P&L per project Liaise with auditor & tax agent. Requirement: Diploma/Degree in Accounting 2-4 years' experience in accounts Construction / Contractor experience is ADVANTAGE Know SQL Accounting, E-Invoice basic, detail, can work independently.
