Job summary

ICHIRU MY HOMESTYLE SDN BHD, based in Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is hiring an Account Executive to handle the full set of accounting duties and maintain precise financial records.

You will oversee invoicing with AutoCount and E-Invoice, payroll calculations, and bank reconciliations, while ensuring compliance and supporting month-end close. ACCA or degree is preferred, with at least 2 years in accounting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounting and AutoCount system.
• Familiar with payroll processing, bank statement reconciliation, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-set accounting (full set of accounts).

Job description

Position: Account Executive
Location: Permas Jaya, Johor, Malaysia
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary: RM4,500 – RM5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage full-set accounting (full set of accounts)

Maintain accurate financial records and bank reconciliations

Monitor and process credit card transactions and payroll calculations

Prepare and submit invoices using AutoCount and E-Invoice systems

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
