The role involves taking full responsibility for the complete set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and preparing management accounts, P&L, and balance sheets.

You will establish accounting controls and handle SST submissions while coordinating with banks, auditors, and authorities.

• Experience handling full set of accounts: GL, AP, AR.
• Experience with SST submissions.

URGENT HIRING – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (CONSTRUCTION)

We are a G7 subcontractor construction company looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join immediately.

Your duties will include:

• Take complete control of the full set of accounts such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
• Prepare management account, profit & loss, balance sheet,
• Establish and maintain the implementation of accounting control procedures.
• Prepare SST submissions.
• Debtors and creditors management.
• Handle the filling of invoices and receipts in accordance with company policies
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretary and Authorities.
• Cash management.
• Submit statutory related matters such as EA forms, EPF and Socso, EIS, EPCB and SST in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare invoices and E-invoice for clients and vendors.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Contact clients and send reminder for payment arrears
• Prepare monthly payroll and handle staff recoverable claims and advance salary
• Be responsible for HR related tasks such as payslip and leave record tracking.
