Job summary

Ko Skin Specialist Medical Centre in Penang (George Town) is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the full set of accounts and deliver monthly management reports.

You will handle invoicing, collections and balance reconciliations, analyse the P&L, and coordinate with auditors and tax agents. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and the ability to work under pressure.

AutoCount Accounting experience is an advantage; multilingual ability is valued in our team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or partially completed in Professional Accounting Qualification
• 3–5 years of related experience
• Audit firm experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work beyond office hours when necessary
• Multilingual is preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly management reports (Auto Count Accounting system experience is a plus)
• Perform and counter check daily sales reconciliation to ensure completeness of sales transactions
• Assist Branch PIC with invoicing/collections/credit notes and other POS issues
• Analyse Branch P&L to ensure accuracy of accounting entries
• Prepare year-end accounts and other audit schedules for audit purposes
• Perform P&L and cashflow forecasts
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents
• Assist Finance Manager in daily operations and ad-hoc tasks
