A leading financial services company in Subang Jaya is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily financial transactions, process invoices, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting and is detail-oriented. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as hands-on training will be provided. Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, utilities, and manage petty cash reimbursement.
Process incoming invoices, prepare payment requests, issue bills, and handle vendor payments.
Assist in preparing supporting documents for management.
Identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and adherence to policies.
Accurately maintain and update the general ledger and journals.
Manage filing, document control, and other general office/accounting duties.
