Job summary

EC Excel Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a junior credit analyst to help assess credit risk for customers and verify information through calls and document checks.

You will support reviewing credit applications, monitor accounts for timely payments, and maintain accurate credit records, with ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting credit assessments and background checks on new and existing customers.
• Support verification of customer information through phone calls and document checks.
• Assist in reviewing credit applications and supporting credit limit recommendations.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and compliance with credit terms.
• Maintain accurate customer records, collection reports, and credit-related documentation.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.
