Job summary

Sheng Long Bio Tech (M) Sdn. Bhd. is hiring an accounting professional who is fluent in Mandarin and has a fresh accounting qualification (diploma or degree).

The role requires handling the full set of accounts, preparing daily and weekly reports, and updating data in the system with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will bring 1 year of related experience (advantageous), strong communication skills, and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with accounting qualification (diploma or degree).
• 1 year of related experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly financial reports.
• Record data and updates into the system.
• Handle full set of accounts with minimal supervision.
• Assist with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies.
• Provide full support to Account Executive.
• Perform basic office tasks (data entry, filing, phones).
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Ensure all data or info are recorded and updated into system

Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc

Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Full support to Account Executive

Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
