Job summary

Fairwork in George Town, Malaysia, is looking for an experienced accountant to manage the complete set of client accounts. Responsibilities include filing, maintaining financial records, and preparing tax submissions including Forms C, E, Ea, CP204, and CP204A.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Skills in MS Office and the ability to communicate in Mandarin are essential. This position offers medical coverage and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related field experience required.
• Experience in full-set accounting for 1-2 years.
• Good proficiency required in reading and writing Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of client accounts efficiently.
• File, record, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare company transactions and ensure reconciliations are followed up.
• Consolidate complete sets of accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reports.
• Prepare necessary tax submissions accurately.

To handle full set of our clients accounts. Handle filing, keep records and assure accurate document filing for our clients.

Prepare related companies' transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly. Prepare and consolidate full-set accounts. Assist in month‑end closing activities and reports. Responsible for company financial and management reporting. Tax submission: Form C, Form E, Form Ea, CP204, CP204A.
