ANZ HOME FURNITURE SDN BHD is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our growing finance team in Skudai, Johor.

About you

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.

Qualification: Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI/ Related Professional Qualification

Key Responsibilities

Full-Set Accounts Management: Prepare, process, and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

Payroll Processing: Handle end-to-end monthly payroll calculation, processing, and statutory compliance documentation.

Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and supporting accounting schedules.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate financial flow.

Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with general administrative and financial tasks as assigned.

Technical Skills:

Strong foundation in basic accounting principles and practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Bonus: Hands-on experience with AutoCount Software is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills:

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
