Job summary

Get Plan Sdn.Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to support our accounting team in the wholesale and retail telecom business.

Daily operations: handle and update accounting transactions; assist in AP/AR/GL; prepare reports and liaise with auditors and tax agents; maintain accurate records and meet deadlines. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Proficiency in Excel and Office is preferred; AutoCount is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

Daily Operations: Handle and update daily accounting transactions for wholesale and retail business.

Full Set Accounts: Assist in full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL.

Compliance: Assist in preparing reports and liaise with Auditors and Tax Agents.

Efficiency: Ensure all financial records are accurate, up-to-date and submitted on time.

Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in Accounting or related field.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Familiar with accounting software (AutoCount is an advantage).

Good in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Able to communicate with our diverse client in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to work independently and within deadlines.
