UNISEX DRIVING ACADEMY (NILAI) SDN. BHD. is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage tax invoices, payments, and expense claims, and to perform bank reconciliations and month-end close schedules.

Applicants should hold LCCI or equivalent, be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus, with at least 3 years’ experience and immediate-start availability. Based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Qualifications

• LCCI or equivalent accounting certification.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Efficient in task completion and high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Issue tax invoices, process payments and manage expense claims.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and month-end close schedules.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and SST returns.
• Support the accountant and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Description du poste

Issue tax invoices, process payments, and manage expense claims.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and month-end close schedules.

Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, income tax computations, SST returns, and other related tasks.

Support the accountant as needed.

Perform ad-hoc functions and related duties as required.

Job Requirements

LCCI or equivalent accounting certification.

Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin. is an advantage.

At least 3 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.

Efficient in task completion.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, trustworthy.

Required skills: Proficiency in AUTOCOUNT (Accounting System), Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.

Candidates who are available to start immediately will be given priority.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Includes 1-hour lunch break)
