Courts Malaysia Sdn. Bhd is seeking a reliable tele-collector to reach out to customers for outstanding debts. The role demands polite communication, urgency, and adherence to SOPs to maximize successful collections.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, be comfortable with targets, and able to work on Saturdays. Medical coverage and group insurance are provided, along with staff purchase discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification required.
• At least 1 year of debt collection experience preferred.
• Able to work with targets and tight deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Perform outgoing calls to credit customers and collect outstanding payments according to SOP and regulation.
• Take responsibility for resolving disputes while ensuring customer concerns are addressed and all parties are duly notified.
• Update account status and database regularly.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets are met and support collection strategies.

Job Responsibility

A reliable tele-collector to represent Courts Malaysia Sdn. Bhd to contact and claim outstanding debts from Courtsâ customers. A tele-collector will have to be polite and sensitive towards customers while also remaining committed to their purpose. Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this task.

• Perform outgoing calls to credit customers and collect outstanding payments according to SOP and regulation
• Take responsibility for resolving disputes while ensure customer concerns are addressed properly and all parties related are duly notified
• Update account status and database regularly
• To ensure daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met. To support and assist in effective implementation of collection strategies.
• Achieve target set on a month â to â month basis i.e. RM collected, percentage of account paid, percentage of instalment and / or arrears paid that contribute to collection team achievements.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum SPM qualification
• Have minimum one year of experience as debt collector preferred but not compulsory
• Able to work with targets and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated
• Willing to work on selected Saturdays
• Able to earn high commission
