• Minimum 5-10 years' experience in facilities management or building operations with knowledge of maintenance and services

• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to work on shifts, public holidays, and weekends

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a team of Technicians to ensure building services and facilities equipment are working in good condition
• Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan
• Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to safe and legal routines
• Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Health and Safety Policy
• Maintain equipment according to risk assessment standards and act quickly on any issues
• Maintain engineering store area and plant rooms to ensure tidiness and safe access
• Perform routine inspection every 3 hours and perform minor troubleshooting
• Maintain all electrical and operations equipment
• Maintain fire life safety system operations
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
