CBRE Group, Inc. in Putrajaya is looking for an experienced Building Services Technician to operate, maintain, and monitor electrical and mechanical systems across campus facilities. You will ensure safe, compliant maintenance and support daily operation.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS, monitor BMS alarms, supervise contractors, and coordinate daily tasks for technicians while ensuring compliance with safety rules and statutory requirements.

Qualificações

• Valid Chargeman Certificate (A4) and/or relevant certification.
• Experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, BMS, CMMS, and PTW processes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities through the CMMS system.
• Perform routine inspection and monitoring of electrical and M&E systems.
• Prepare and manage Permit to Work (PTW) documentation.
• Supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance and project works.
• Coordinate and assign daily tasks to technicians.
• Monitor Building Management System (BMS) alarms and respond to system faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, statutory requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare maintenance reports, incident reports, and technical documentation.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and asset information in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with clients, tenants, and stakeholders on maintenance matters.
• Support emergency response, shutdown activities, and critical incidents.

Job Summary
