Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a QC/QA Manager in Johor Bahru to implement and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 across the organization. You will plan audits, manage nonconformities, guide suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in quality systems.

You will oversee document control, calibration of quality equipment, and timely handling of customer complaints and meetings with stakeholders. A Diploma/Certificate or degree and 5+ years in manufacturing QA/QC are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a formal qualification (certificate/diploma/degree) in a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in QC/QA management within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 across the organization.
• Plan, conduct, and review internal quality system audits.
• Identify and prevent nonconformities via corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee production/delivery stoppages when nonconformities are found until resolved.
• Guide subcontractors and suppliers on quality issues.
• Attend customer and supplier meetings to address quality concerns.
• Respond to customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and improvements.
• Own quality functions including document control and compliance.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of quality equipment.
• Oversee disposition of nonconforming products and drive improvements.
• Identify nonconformities in products, processes and systems for continuous improvement.
• Present monthly KPIs at management meetings.

Job Scope:

• Implement and maintain the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems at all organizational levels.
• Plan, conduct, and review internal quality system audits.
• Proactively identify and prevent quality system nonconformities through corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee and halt production or delivery processes when nonconformities are detected until resolved effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to subcontractors and suppliers on quality-related issues.
• Attend customer and supplier meetings to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Respond to and manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and improvement.
• Take full responsibility for the companies quality functions, including document control and compliance.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and control of quality-related equipment.
• Oversee the disposition of nonconforming products and initiate actions for improvement.
• Identify and address nonconformities in products, processes, and systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at management meetings, ensuring alignment with quality goals and objectives.

Requirement:

• Certificate/Diploma/degree holder
• Over 5 years experience in QC/QA management position in manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge in ISO quality experience, ISO9001, 14001, 45001
• Able to communicate with the internal departments and external parties
• Able to make the monthly quality reports for the monthly reporting
