Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and improve end-to-end supply chain activities. The role involves reviewing practices to align with policies and regulations, while negotiating terms with suppliers and freight firms to ensure cost-effective procurement.

You will lead a team and drive KPI-based performance improvements across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
• Ability to monitor and optimize procurement and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations
• Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies, monitoring and assessing their performance and maintaining cost-effective practices
• Material cost Saving
• New Project RFQ Cycle Time
• Aged inventory Reduction
• Monitoring open Purchase Orders and Stock Status reports and expediting order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery
• Procurement Compliance
• Assist logistics process, inventory maintenance, shipment and delivery, and returns on products
• Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Any other ad-hoc task which require time to time
