Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Accountant for a manufacturing environment in Malaysia. You will prepare monthly journals, management reports, and tax computations while liaising with auditors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting degree or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/CA ANZ/ICAEW/CIMA) and has 3–5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in MS Office and SAP HANA or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA Australia, CA ANZ, ICAEW, CIMA, etc.)
• 3–5 years experience in manufacturing or similar industry
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP HANA or ERP system
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening and ability to present findings and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Prepare & review monthly journal vouchers.
• Prepare & review monthly management reports.
• Prepare & review monthly & quarterly meeting presentation slides.
• Review and approve intercompany statements.
• Review monthly and yearly statistics survey.
• Prepare company yearly tax computation and deferred tax computation.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax agents.
• Prepare & review annual insurance renewal.
• In charge of company insurance claims, liaise with group insurance and adjustor.
• Assist in preparing transfer pricing report.
• Prepare CbCr and MBRS and follow up latest accounting standards.
• Knowledge on SAP HANA system or ERP system.
• Review SST submission and E-invoicing reconciliation.
• Coordinate with HQ and holding company for related issues and ad-hoc queries.
• Review creditors statement of account reconciliation
