Job summary

MSC Trustgate.com Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts, monthly management reports, and balance sheet schedules in a dynamic finance team. The role also encompasses financial planning and analysis, cash flow monitoring, SST and e-invoicing preparation, and ensuring accurate records.

You will liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance while maintaining proper accounting records and handling ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• ACCA is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts and monthly management reports.
• Perform financial planning and analysis.
• Manage credit control and accounts payable.
• Prepare and monitor weekly cash flow.
• Prepare and submit SST.
• Submit e-invoicing.
• Liaise with auditors and handle audit matters.
• Liaise with tax agents and handle tax matters.
• Maintain fixed assets register.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description

Prepare full sets of accounts, including update of monthly management reports and balance sheet schedules.

Manage to perform financial planning & analysis.

Manage credit control function and account payables functions.

Prepare and monitor weekly cash flow to ensure smooth operation.

Preparation and submission of SST.

Submission of e-invoicing.

Liaise with auditor and handle audit related matters.

Liaise with tax agent and handle tax related matters.

Maintain proper fixed assets register.

Maintain proper filing of accounting records.

Any other ad-hoc task as assigned.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field. ACCA is preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts is required.

Strong fundamental in accounting and taxation knowledge.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
