Job summary

ASUS is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented 3PL Warehouse Management Executive to manage outsourced warehouse operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure smooth warehouse execution, inventory accuracy, timely shipments, and coordination between internal teams and external partners.

You will monitor inbound/outbound processes, perform stock reconciliation, report KPI, and drive continuous improvements while liaising with Customer Service and 3PL providers to meet service levels and company

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or 3PL operations.
• Experience managing or coordinating with third‑party warehouse providers is an advantage.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience handling warranty return, RMA, repair parts, or service inventory is a plus.
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities with 3PL warehouse partners.
• Monitor inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipment processes.
• Ensure warehouse operations follow company SOP, safety requirements, and SLA.
• Act as the main contact point between company and 3PL warehouse provider for operational matters.
• Monitor 3PL KPI performance and follow up on corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.
• Coordinate with Customer Service teams for shipment and inventory requirements.
• Handle operational escalations with warehouse partners.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance warehouse service quality.
