Responsibilities

• Develop creative 3D design concepts such as stage layouts, booth designs, and event spaces based on client requirements and project briefs.

1. Develop creative 3D design concepts such as stage layouts, booth designs, and event spaces based on client requirements and project briefs.

2. Produce realistic 3D renderings, visualizations, and mock-ups to effectively present design ideas.

3. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to transform concepts into practical event designs.

4. Ensure that design proposals are functional, cost-effective, and aligned with the Company’s brand identity.

5. Work closely with clients to revise and refine designs according to feedback.

6. Prepare technical drawings and specifications for production, fabrication, and setup teams.

7. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies related to events and exhibitions.

8. Manage and deliver multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting project deadlines.

9. Provide guidance and creative direction to the design team, including idea sharing, design briefing, and constructive critique to ensure designs meet event objectives.

10. Actively participate in client meetings, design discussions, and site visits to ensure alignment between design concepts and on-ground execution.

11. Provide on-site support during event setup when required, ensuring the final execution matches the approved design.
