Job summary

Trigle Dynamic Sdn Bhd is seeking a 3D Designer for events and exhibitions, specializing in 3DS Max. The role involves interpreting briefs, creating 3D visuals and detailed drawings, and guiding production to ensure fidelity to the design.

You will work closely with contractors and internal teams to deliver engaging brand activations. Qualifications include a Diploma/Certificate in Multimedia Design or related field, with 1–2 years in events/exhibitions design.

Qualifications

• Professional certificate, diploma, or equivalent in Multimedia/Interior/Exhibitions design.
• Experience of 1–2 years in events/exhibitions design; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Interpret design briefs and conceptualize 3D visuals and production drawings.
• Develop and construct 3D visuals and related design outputs based on briefs.
• Monitor design and production progress, obtain quotations as needed, and provide on-site supervision to ensure design quality.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers and other departments (client servicing, execution, creative).
• Support Chinese-speaking clients where needed and contribute to site meetings and client interactions.

3D DESIGNER - EVENTS & EXHIBITIONS (3DS MAX)

In our endeavor to create engaging events and experience for the brand's customers, the incumbent would be required to be able to interpret the brief and conceptualize it to be created and produced.

Incumbent would need to develop and construct 3D visual, detailed drawings and design related work based on design brief that is provided

Incumbent would also need to provide creative inputs to projects at various scales and types such as roadshows, launching, promotional space, events and etc

Where necessary, monitor and follow up on design & production progress including to obtain necessary quotations for related matters. Also, on ground and site supervision to ensure production matches design & quality

Work closely with contractors & suppliers on production as well as with the rest of the departments; client servicing, execution and creative

Requirements:

Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma majoring in Multimedia Design / Interior Design / Exhibitions related or equivalent

Min 1-2 years’ experience in events and exhibitions design. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Required Languages : English, Mandarin, Malay

Incumbent must possess own transport & travel to meetings and site visit whenever necessary

Have an eye for detail and problem solving skill

Confident, passionate, driven and a teamplayer while being able to multitask and work under pressure

Able to adhere to project deadlines and tight timelines

Client servicing (existing & new) and manage projects and expand our service offerings will be an advantage

Build and manage strong relationships with clients and maintain good relationship with all vendors and/or suppliers
