Job summary

Mediaproav International Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive graphic designer with 1–3 years of experience in graphic/event design. You will translate client briefs into compelling visuals, build 3D visualisations, and prepare production-ready layouts for on-site productions.

Join a collaborative team to develop mood boards, renders, and client proposals, and travel to venues as required to ensure designs are feasible and accurately implemented.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic/Design related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, event design or 3D visualisation preferred.
• Strong creative and visualisation skills are essential.
• Experience in 3D modelling, rendering and stage/event visualisation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design/rendering tools.
• Understanding of dimensions, layouts, floor plans and basic production requirements.
• Ability to work from sketches, client briefs and technical requirements.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to event venues for setup and tear-down activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for events and productions.
• Create 3D visualisations, stage designs and production layouts based on client requirements.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, renders and visual proposals for clients.
• Develop event-related graphics and artwork for client presentations, events and promotional materials.
• Translate client briefs and ideas into creative and practical visual concepts.
• Prepare production drawings, layouts and visual references for Production and Technical teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Production to align concepts with client requirements and event specs.
• Make design revisions based on client and Management feedback.
• Ensure artwork and design files are production-ready for execution.
• Attend site visits and events to understand venue conditions and feasibility.
