Job summary

Eventech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a graphic designer to develop concepts and produce materials for events, branding, and marketing. You will collaborate across sales, marketing and operations teams to deliver practical design solutions and support on-site branding.

The role requires staying current with design trends and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines across web visuals, promotional collateral, and social media content.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for events, exhibitions, marketing campaigns, branding, and corporate communications.
• Design posters, banners, brochures, event branding materials, social media visuals, and website graphics.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to turn ideas into practical design solutions.
• Create and manage visual content for social media to boost brand awareness.
• Maintain and update the Company website with visuals and event information.
• Ensure all outputs are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with brand identity.
• Work with stakeholders and clients to refine designs based on feedback.
• Prepare artwork files, production specs, and design materials for print and digital publication.
• Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing, and new technologies.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits to align expectations.
• Provide on-site creative support during events to ensure brand adherence.

Job description

1. Develop creative design concepts and visual materials for events, exhibitions, marketing campaigns, branding projects, and corporate communications.

2. Design and produce graphic materials such as posters, banners, brochures, event branding materials, social media content, website visuals, presentations, and other promotional collateral.

3. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to transform ideas and project requirements into practical and effective design solutions.

4. Create and manage visual content for the Company's social media platforms to support marketing objectives and strengthen brand awareness.

5. Maintain and update the Company's website, including visual content, promotional materials, event information, and general website enhancements.

6. Ensure that all design outputs are visually appealing, functional, cost-effective, and aligned with the Company's brand identity.

7. Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to revise and refine designs according to feedback and project requirements.

8. Prepare artwork files, production specifications, and design materials for printing, fabrication, and digital publication.

9. Stay updated on design trends, social media trends, digital marketing practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the Company's business.

10. Manage and deliver multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting project deadlines.

11. Actively participate in client meetings, project discussions, presentations, and site visits when required to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and ensure alignment between client expectations and design deliverables.

12. Provide creative support during events and project execution, including on-site assistance when required to ensure branding and visual materials are implemented according to approved designs.
