Job summary

Eventech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a junior 3D Designer to assist in developing creative design concepts for event stages, booths, and exhibition spaces based on project briefs. You will help translate ideas into visuals and basic production-ready drawings.

You will produce 3D renderings and mock-ups, participate in design discussions and site visits, and support the team during event setup to ensure alignment with approved designs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative 3D design concepts for event stages, booths, exhibition spaces, and other event setups based on project briefs.
• Assist in producing 3D renderings, visualizations, and mock-ups to present design concepts.
• Support the design and operations teams in translating creative concepts into practical event designs.
• Assist in revising and refining designs based on feedback from the team, Management, or clients.
• Assist in preparing basic technical drawings and design specifications for production and fabrication purposes.
• Conduct research on current design trends, materials, concepts, and technologies related to events and exhibitions.
• Participate in design discussions, project briefings, site visits, and site recce when required.
• Assist the team during event setup and on-site execution to ensure the setup follows the approved design.
• Complete assigned design tasks within the required timeline while maintaining the expected quality standards.
• Perform any other design-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or Management from time to time.
