Job summary

Ideoimage Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a skilled 3D designer to develop concepts and visuals for events and activations. You will translate briefs into accurate 3D designs and create renderings, floor plans and elevations for client presentations.

Collaborate with project teams, ensure designs meet venue specs, and deliver final artworks and working files for production. Stay updated on latest trends and fabrication methods to keep shows engaging and stress-free for clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D concepts, layouts and visualisations for events, exhibitions, roadshows, mall activations, launches and promotional spaces.
• Translate creative briefs, sketches and 2D artwork into accurate 3D designs.
• Produce realistic 3D renderings, perspectives, floor plans and elevations for client presentations.
• Prepare designs according to venue dimensions, technical requirements and production limitations.
• Work with the project/operation team to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
• Make design amendments based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Prepare final artwork, technical drawings and working files for production when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators and production teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Ensure correct dimensions, materials, finishes, lighting and structural details are reflected in the design.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines according to project schedules.
• Keep updated with current event design trends, materials, fabrication methods and technology.
