Job summary

Klanggroup in Malaysia is seeking a skilled 3D visualization specialist to translate architectural and landscape drawings into compelling 3D renders for submissions and marketing. You will craft high-quality visuals, integrating materials and landscape elements into 3D models for validation and presentations.

Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop is required, along with good design sense and strong time management.

Qualifications

• Experienced in architectural, landscape, 3D visualization or related field.
• Certification or Diploma in Architecture, Landscape, 3D Visualization or equivalent.
• Proficient in 3D modelling and rendering software.
• Good design sense with materials, color, light and aesthetic.
• Good interpersonal, coordination, and time management skills.
• Candidates fluent who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves communication in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural drawing and translate into 3D.

• Attend site visits and mockup reviews.
