Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to lead concept design, spatial planning and overall design vision for projects in Kulai, Johor. You will develop creative concepts, prepare presentations and 3D models, and coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams.

The role requires a degree or master in architecture, a minimum of three years in the industry, a strong portfolio, leadership and quality control skills, and advanced CAD tools (SketchUp, Rhino, Revit)

Qualifications

• Degree / Master in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the architectural industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept development & completed projects
• Experience in design leadership & quality control
• Advanced skills in SketchUp / Rhino / Revit
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
• Strong 3D modelling & rendering capability
• Good understanding of materials, buildability & design detailing
• Familiar with UBBL and planning requirements
• Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu

Responsibilities
