Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Production Manager level candidate in Malaysia to lead QA, manufacturing and logistics coordination on a shift basis. You will drive core metrics (Core 5, 9 panel), ensure GMP standards, and coordinate cross-functional support across QA, materials, IS and HR teams.

The role values leadership ability, Lean principles and a background that may include healthcare or related fields; fresh graduates with up to two years' experience are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to guide and motivate teams toward achieving departmental goals and objectives.
• Knowledge of Lean Management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with a medical background will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of all key performance metrics on a particular shift/project, with a focus on Core 5 and 9 panel metrics.
• Liaising with ware-housing, quality assurance, bulk-packaging and sterilization areas to ensure prompt shipment of product.
• Maintaining GMP / Housekeeping at a high level within the department through the involvement of all team members.
• Cross-functional management of QA, materials, IS and HR support for the team.
• Interacting and liaising with the other manufacturing teams and Logistics to prioritize backorders.
• Administration duties which include Time and Attendance system, Holiday planning, Build Plan review Back Order review, Travel planning etc.
