Job summary

Wavelet Resources (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a technically skilled NOC support engineer to manage daily 24/7 network operation centre activities in Malaysia. You will monitor services, coordinate escalations, assist in repairs, ensure SLA compliance, and provide customer and vendor support.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma in Engineering or IT is required, and the candidate must be able to work in shifts with Bahasa Melayu and English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in engineering or IT related field.
• 1–2 years IT/Computer/Electronic Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day 24/7 NOC operations.
• Assist in technician repairs and equipment installation.
• Ensure SLA standards for all tickets.
• Conduct daily service walkthroughs.
• Provide post-sales technical support to customers and vendors.
• Act as a single point of contact among engineering, customers, providers and contractors.
