Job summary

CDNetworks (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer_EMEA (Networking/Clouds/Cybersecurity) to be the first point of contact for customers and provide 24/7 support for complex web and networking issues.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure incident-free operations, monitor resolution status, and ensure SLA adherence. English communication is essential, with Mandarin a plus, and a 12-hour rotating shift may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer engineering or related field.
• Solid understanding of Internet protocols, Linux and CDN concepts.
• Experience in system engineering or IT support is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
• Provide 24/7 support to troubleshoot complex web and networking issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure incident-free operations.
• Monitor and manage the resolution status of all support cases.
• Ensure adherence to SLA guidelines and accurate resolution.
• Assess customer needs to recommend upgrades or features.
• Document knowledge from issues in a centralized repository.
• Perform other duties to support the team and operational goals.
