Job summary

cdnetworks is looking for candidates in Kuala Lumpur to provide high-quality 24/7 technical support for our CDN service. As the first point of contact for customers, your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex web issues, collaborating with teams, and ensuring adherence to SLA guidelines.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to work in rotating shifts. Additional skills in Linux and Internet protocols are preferred.

Qualifications

• Malaysians only.
• Must be able to work in 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Experience in system engineering or enterprise technical support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
