Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and cloud platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuous IT monitoring of systems to detect and resolve issues.
• Manage hardware, software, network and server administration.
• Respond to alerts and escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
• Follow SOPs and maintain up-to-date runbooks and knowledge base.
• Generate reports on incidents, trends, and service metrics.
