Constant Energy Asset Management (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified and registered 132kV Competent Electrical Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of a 29.9MW solar power plant in Malaysia. The role focuses on compliance with statutory requirements under the Energy Commission and supporting the licensing process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HV systems, substations or power plants.
• Experience with solar power plants and grid interconnection is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ST regulatory requirements and Grid Code.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of the 29.9MW solar plant and 132kV systems.
• Ensure compliance with Electricity Supply Act and Grid Code.
• Liaise with Suruhanjaya Tenaga, TNB and regulators; manage licensing processes.
• Lead fault investigations and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain safety, records, and performance monitoring.
