Job summary

Solarvest located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Engineer to lead critical aspects of Utility-Scale Solar projects. Key responsibilities include developing maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess at least 7 years of experience in the interconnection facility operations up to 132kV, hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and be proficient in protection coordination studies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience in development or operation of IF up to 132kV.
• Commissioning SAT/FAT activities including secondary injection test.
• Experience with medium and high voltage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead O&M aspects of Utility-Scale Solar projects.
• Implement maintenance plans on medium and high voltage systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients and authorities.
• Develop maintenance procedures ensuring safety compliance.
